- Wildflower Sprint, OD and LC - Saturday May 5 – training starts Monday Feb 5
- Sonoma Women’s plus Donner Lake Tri Sprint & OD - Saturday July 21 & Sunday July 22 – training starts Monday April 30
- Oakland Sprint & OD - Sunday August 19 - training starts Monday May 28
- Santa Cruz 70.3 - Sunday September 9 - training starts Monday June 18

These plans are beginner or “base” level training plans. They are designed for anyone who needs structure and to be held accountable – both to your team mates, yourself plus your coaches. All the details have been taken into consideration – no guess work, no wondering if you are doing the right thing. They are suitable for any level of triathlete because they are written with safety, specific race course demands and the lifestyle of an age group triathlete in mind. The plans are periodized, so as to accommodate low volume and intensity to begin while ramping up to more race specific training and prep the closer you get to your target. There is an option for a little customization by upgrading to include some one on one time with your coach to accommodate specific needs based on your history and personal goals.
